Scams them to work 3-6 weeks straight with no days off. Then elapses time between projects equaling a continuous rate of pay below minimum wage. The workers are away from their families, trying to provide a living with no benefits. No health insurance, 401k, pension or paid vacations including overtime for holiday pay. The principal has two counts of domestic abuse, indecent exposure, 3 counts of carrying a handgun, a total of 12 charges including excessive speeding. The employees are overworked, underpaid, do not practice affirmative action, do not have sick pay and basically bullied into slave labor. Nancy Blackwell blocks calls from family members where no one related can reach their loved ones in case of an emergency. Rick is only reachable by each employee. in a 12 month period, no employee minimum wage compensation.

Foreign Profit Company S Corporation - a failing business

 With recomposure of accepting that the owners Nancy and Rick have the right to choose a S Corp, therefore granting them in a no tax bracket and gaining profits of $30,000 to every $100,000 made, and 100 shares of stock (that they own exclusively, without allocating shares to Rick's 3 sons) whom could receive profit sharing, and participate in annual company minutes meetings. Verses a C Corporation, which would allow benefits and tax write offs for such things as healthcare, life insurance, 401k matching, education funds, etc.... (including his children working for them..) Demonstrates a greedy need and a failing business that will not carry into generations to come But with a single goal of luxury in retirement. The niche of work sheet metal and accepting a smaller niche in foreign profit sheet metal may pay very well, however, so does being a luggage carrier for an airline with free tickets for family and friends. Advertising news of being a million dollar company is subjective and can be fake news. Many, many million dollar company's employee over 100 people and disburse salary's to President, Vice Presidents, CFOs, all the way down to mail clerks. They also offer benefits. Aluminum Composites Inc. has 8 employees with salaries lower than $30k and no benefits. I retract my previous statements.

 The company gives Christmas bonuses. Let's say you receive 2000. In filing taxes you must pay 2.5% or 695 per person and 347.50 per child. Can you prove today that you have and can afford insurance? Let me do the math for you receiving this bonus. 2000 -1737.50 in ins fines ------ 262.50 profit -420 taxes on the 2000 bonus -------- -157.50 deficit. In a fiscal year. You really don't have any benefits and this being the only company you have worked for, how hard would it be to find another job? You, sir, are an unfortunate victim.

 The company provides zero benefits. Prove today that the company has provided benefits for 11 years that include paid vacations, sick leave, personal days, holiday pay, health insurance and 401k. Criminal records are available online for any person to see and decide if this is someone they want to do business with. Having more than 10 criminal records, Rick Blackwell has an unstable criminal mind. He was sentenced for these charges (listed previously). Today, I have witnesses, including myself, that will testify Nancy Blackwell blocked calls to their home based company. Your statement of Donna Blackwell is hear say. I charge the owners with unethical leadership. Using income to dissolve a marriage if an employee. Leading to both parties loosing custody, the burdon of child support funds,increased hardship of supporting themselves independently, and unknown placement of said child. Can you prove today, that the company, in 11 years, gives a two day rest of five days of work. The company over works the employees to slave labor and flaunts it's profits. Can you prove today, that Rick Blackwell received counciling for his criminal charges. Can you prove today, with college transcripts, a proper education of the owners.  I love my job and my coworkers do as well. The bosses are good Christian people. The bad report was made by Donna Sewell, a skitsofrantic/bipolar person who has not been taking her medication. She has never had any experiences at all with the company. She lied. Donna I hope you remove this and get some Mental help. Praying for you.
