Alumniclass.com Deceptive advertising, bait and switch scam Spokane Washington
During my search for alumni from salem massachusetts class of 1955 I came across alumniclass. I subscribed for a one time non-refundable fee of $10.00.
After logging on I was shocked to see that there were no other alumni listed for the years i was interested in. I contacted alumniclass and they said i agreed to the non-refundable fee, so no refund.
My complaint is that alumniclass did not provide any information to the fact that there were no alumni yet registered for the years of interest. If they had done so i would have not subscribed. Now they won't refund my $10.
