Bid and won on a NAS server for my company which saved $4000. UPS damaged the unit in transit and sent it back to them. They claimed I refused delivery and would not return my money. My UPS tracking print out stated the truth and American Express returned my money.
Stay clear. They speak little english and communication was non-existant.
