Complaint Review: Always-free-shipping.com

I ordered a product from them close to Xmas, so I knew it might be delayed.I paid for 3-5 days and expected extra with the holidays. It did not arrive. I called them and they said that the 3-5 days I paid for was a mistake it was really 4-6 days(???) and the product would arrive wednesday or friday IT DID'NT. SO I called again this time they said it should arrive monday. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND THEY JUST KEPT LYING. Each time I called I got the run around and lies. Definitely not a company to be trusted.
