On Tuesday, Wednesday, Feb. 4,5 2003, I was wrongly charged with connections with Alyon. This is an erronious charge. I never intentionally connected with Alyon. I accessed a site without anyone asking ig I wanted to pay for it. This site is so inconspicuous that you don't even notice it.

I was disconnected from Battle.net as I was playing Starcraft(a Blizzard game). Strcraft takes up the whole screen and you can't see what's happening behind it. I signed right back on, because things like this happen all the time, usually because America On Line is interrupted. I am assuming this time it was a transfer from AOL to Alyon.Subsequentially the computer froze and I had to reboot the computer, so I never closed Starcraft.

Later I connected to Internet Explorer and it prompted me to select a dialer. Among the selections were AOL and a progam called minidialer. I selected AOL and I didn't think anything of it because we just got our hard drive formatted and to re-install AOL we had to use another dialer to access the web site that contained the AOL download, called CVIP.

Erroroniously, I assumed that was what the "minidialer" was. Now I am almost positive the "minidialer" is a nickname Alyon uses for the dialer.

As you can see, I never intentionally connected with Alyon . Therefore this bill of $190.71 is without merit
