This company Alyon Tech installed a dialer on my desktop
without my knowlege. This was a dialer that dialed a direct number to their site at $4,99 per minute. I had no idea it was there and they ended up billing me for over $500.00 dollars, which I will never pay! This was a modem connection that bypassed my regular internet connection and dialed a NJ number probably A BBS not an internet connection.

To add insult to injury I just got my credit card statement and they also billed me for two entries for $34.95 and $24.95. Now, I can understand how they got that dialer on my computer and how it redialed. Ofcourse this is (censored). But what I can't understand is how they got my credit card number. I never gave it to them. I have not seen any other complaints on fradulant credit card billings.

Has this happened to anyone else? I have written a letter to the Equfax credit reporting along with some copies of other complaints filed on this site. I have also filed a dispute with the credit card company and Frontier the telephone carrier. These people are really bad new!
