Complaint Review: Alyon

I received a invoice from Alyon Technologies for $254.28 for what they call premium web content. My wife and I looked at one other and thought this must be a mistake, so i called the phone number for customer service and spoke to someone named Millie.

I told Millie that this must be a mistake, she said to me to wait until i got my next telephone bill, and if the number was not on the bill to mail her the last page along with the invoice. the problem is the number was on the bill. In doing some research I discovered I was not the only one who was a victim of this scam. I could not understand how they were able to do this. I found out that they installed what another victim called a "Mini" dialer. I also found where to look for this and delete
it. I now received a second invoice telling me if i don't remit the past due amount it will be transferred to collection agency.
