Please let me know what you think....

The only thing that they can do is put this on your credit history (and believe me, they've threatened me like crazy - I have not and will never pay them a penny).

BY THE WAY, HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY SEEN THIS SHOW UP ON THEIR CREDIT REPORT? OR ARE THEY JUST FULL OF THREATS TO TRY AND INTIMIDATE US???

Simply write a certified complaint letter to Alyon, Merchants Credit Guide Co. and the three major Credit Agencies. The credit agencies also DO NOT want to deal with (censored)as everyone notifies the credit agencies that you've been the victim of (censored), they won't put it in on your credit report. (that's merely my opinion)

Not to say that filing other complaints aren't important either. These (censored) need to go down. I've filed with at least 15 agencies (AG, FTC, FBI, BBB, etc.) and I even spoke with Jonathan Kraden at the FTC. (Bureau of Consumer Protection 202-326-3257). By the way, don't waste time filing with BBB, they replied and said there's nothing they can do about it.

If you're interested, here are the contacts for the credit agencies. Please verify and correct them though, I just pulled them off the web:

Equifax Credit Information Services, Inc
P.O. Box 740241
Atlanta, GA 30374

Transunion Consumer Solutions
PO Box 2000
Chester, PA 19022-2000

Experian
PO BOX 2104
Allen, TX 75013

Again, I think they're full of crap, and they are afraid because they knowingly screw people over. Only afraid people start making threats and hang up on you. And for all you believers out there, I know that on judgement day, they will wish they didn't waste their lives away. What goes around comes around.

Everyone, you must send a complaint to the Government Bureau that oversees collection agencies. THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

Don't Pay Alyon or Merchants Credit!

Click on this FTC link...

http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2003/07/alyon1.htm

The FTC is putting Alyon out of business, by complaining about Merchants also, these (censored) will follow.

Go to the FTC website and post a complaint as well as here on Rip-off Report.

There are comments on the Internet about Merchants relating to their harassing tactics for other customers besides Alyon. The FTC needs to know , so do it.

Good Luck Ron.. The credit agencies will send you requests just to verify your information. They will log your information and send you a copy of your credit report. Be sure to write "(censored)" all over the place, it's a buzz word that raises the brows of the credit agencies.

Please continue to do your part in sending in complaints.

Good luck, they'll get what they deserve.

I will be using your information to write Equifax, Transunion, and Experian with a lot of damning and discrediting information on Alyon and Merchants

Louis from Washington D.C.

Thanks for the addresses of the three credit rating agencies. Alyon, too, has billed me for unsolicited, unrequested, unapproved, and an unsigned for, invasion of my internet privacy.

Now they have Adam Kelley from Merchants Credit Guide Co. calling me to try to collect for something I did not approve of, or sign for. I consider this telephone harrassment, and I plan to file a complaint with the FCC and Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. I will never return any of Adam Kelley's calls. I will not lower myself to his level! The best thing is to ignore them and never pay them anything! Hopefully, the authorities are closing in on Alyon by now. They need to be annihilated!

I will be using your information to write Equifax, Transunion, and Experian with a lot of damning and discrediting information on Alyon and Merchants, just in case they actually put something in my credit report. Thanks!

We are also victims of Alyon!

We are also victims of Alyon! I think your suggestions are completely valid. Someone from the number 312-895-3749 keeps calling us. The caller i.d. on our phone says unavailable. The lady said she was Nicole Waters. One time the number was Alyon technologies and the next time it was Merchant Credit Co. ( how ironic that both places have the same phone #)

When they called us last night my husband told them once again to put the $29 some dollars on our credit if they felt it necessary but we would not pay them a dime. He also told them he would contact our attorney! We have been advised to pay them nothing!

The lady on the phone hung up on him when we asked for contact information and mentioned our attorney. Also, when I tried to call the number back I could not get anyone to answer.

These people are nuts!
