I visited a web site offered through a pop-up out of curiosity, and it imediately took over my modem and started dialing an international long-distance number after a misleading pop-up disclaimer appeared. I canceled the action before it even connected, and went into my files to delete all files with its name, including the icons it installed itself. I recently received a bill for over $90.00, for nothing.
