I have been billed for an alleged "product" of Alyon Technologies, PO BOX 923299, Norcross, Ga 300110-3299 which to my knowledge,I never asked for, did not see and did not benifit from in any way. I would not have subscribed to porn on the computer which I would have had to pay for with my credit card nor would I EVER accept a 900 phone charge if I was unaware of making the call voluntarily.

In their "invoice" Alyon states on their standard billing form that I "accepted" their terms and conditions, and clicked the "connect" button. I did not knowingly do this. I protest their invasion and will do as much as I can to stop this company's agressive dishonest misuse of cyberspace to fleece the unwairy public.

I not only feel that I was mislead with Alyon's deceptive advertising, but I know that I have been ripped off by their high-tech lure to suck people in to clicking buttons to see more and more of their porn. I will totally loose faith in our country's legal system if my case goes forward and this organization finds succesful means to legally hold me (censored)accountable for their outrageous bill.
