In response to what should you do first contact the agency that billed you and tell them that you deny all knowledge of the charges and refuse to pay you want the charges taken off and the service cancelled and blocked also most phone co. allow 60 to 90 dys to dispute the bill so let them know that's what you are going to do the sooner you contact the agency billing you the better because it takes up to 2 months to come off of your bill and let them know that absolutely no one in your home, no guest, no repair person, babysitter etc. made the charges. good luck
