Alyon Technologies computer fraud ripoff Norcross Georgia
On Dec. 21, 2002, Alyon Technologies sent me a bill for $164.26 to be paid no later than December 29, 2002. They claim these charges are for a call to an Adult Entertainment Website made via a direct dial number dialed by my computer modem from my phone number.
This did not happen!! I did not access this site!
I have contacted the FDLE, FCC, Sprint, The US Post Office, and the Attorney General's Office of Florida. The best information I got was to file a complaint with the INTERNET FRAUD COMPLAINT CENTER at the following address:
www.ifccfbi.gov
I was told that when a complaint is filed with the IFCC a report is then sent to your local police, the police in Norcross, GA and the FBI. This I plan to do.
I do not plan to pay this fraudulent bill.

Alyon language is even more threatening

Sat, January 25, 2003
Today, Jan. 25, 2003, I received my second bill from Alyon Technologies, Inc...a "delinquency notice", and the language is even more threatening than the first bill.
I have reported this to every agency I that has been discussed in your letters, and am now going to submit a complaint with the US Post Office. From what I can gather they are real "bulldogs" when it comes to mail fraud, which I believe these bills would fall under.
Everyone keep reporting Alyon Technologies to any agency you think might help....and DON'T pay the bills! Remember, this is an illegal porn site, not requiring any identification verifying your age..that is the base line, pure and simple. I believe any Credit Bureau or legitimate collection agency would have to check Alyon out before accepting their bills for collection....or adding their bills to your Credit Report. To deal with Alyon Technologies would open these companies up to lawsuits from all of us.
DON'T PAY THE BILLS!!!
