Alyon Technologies strikes again.

I'm reported another victim of their internet (censored)that results in receipt of (censored) invoices - the one to me for $117.00.

They use deceptive and/or downright illegal practices to download their internet conection software and dialer program onto your PC. Then, these programs access their website (often without user knowledge) at rate of $4.99 per minute!!

Please search your hard drive and delete the folder "EGroup", file "iedisco.exe", and the "mini dialer" from your internet connection manager.

After searching the web for "Alyon Technologies", it appears they are into serious (censored)with far-reaching ramifications.

Please help fight this (censored) business activity!

Do not pay the invoice and support this crap!

(1) Send letter via certified mail to Alyon Technologies disputing charges to legally protect yourself.

(2) File complaint with Department of Consumer Affairs for your state's Attorney General's office.

(3) File complaint with Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov)

(4) Fill out a report with this site (www.ripoffreport.com)

Calling Alyon's customer service number or sending email is useless. You will not get any help (and probably not even reach a real person).

I appreciate the help from others who reported on this site.

Be sure that you keep copies of ALL mailed items as well as your Post Office receipts for your certified letters. Just in case. Good luck; get 'em!
