Alyon Technologies Dishonst, Fraudulent Phone Billing someone must stop this kind of BS ripoff. Elizabeth, New Jersey
In May of this year I received a notice for payment from a company that I knew nothing about nor ever used. I went to their website to find out a little more about this company.
When I got there the site was as confusing as the mystery
bill, it asked for your acct.number that's your logon. Well I knew that I did't have an acct. So I looked over the questions and answers part of the site and to my surprise, they are not responsible for anything. According to their information if my pet used the computer I am still responsible for the bill.
I called the customer service number on the bill, got nothing but a recording no help at all. So out of all other resorces I wrote to them,and as I thought nothing changed I still owe a bill for some porn site I never went to.
Alyon Technologies is bad news. I was lucky my bill is not that high but someone must stop this kind of B.S.ripoff. They even threaten me with a collection agency if bill is no paid in 20 days.
