i recently recieved a bill from Alyon Technologies in the amount of almost $400.00. i tried to contact their offices on the phone but after 20 minutes on hold waiting to talk to a human being i hung up in irritation. i tried to reach them via email but to no prevail.

i have yet to recieve an email back. i figure that if they were honest and felt that i truly owed them money than it would be a priority to them to collect on the bill.

i refuse to pay this bill knowing farewell that i was not even home during the time period that the billing occured. i don't understand how people can get away with this stuff and how the hell they got my computer information. let alone my billing address and name. it is outragous and i am extremely angry.
