As part of many of the lawsuits, Alyon will have to make restitution to the victims they bilked. In other words, give back the money sent to them. How this will be done, I do not know. The Attorney Generals will probaly ask for the company's business records or require Alyon to send out requests for refunds. Or they may require YOU to get in touch with them. So stay with this website for the most current information. If you live in a State that is suing Alyon, you may wish to contact your AG.

It has not been emphasized in the news reports, but the Federal Trade Commision (FTC) is also suing Aylon. That's the Feds and will be a major headache for this company. That is why Alyon's PR release last week emphasized how ""stunned" they were at the FTC's lawsuit. I almost fell out of my chair laughing when I read it.

The lawsuits ask for money penalties for EACH example of (censored)ranging from $1000 to $$25.000. There are also other huge fines for their business practices. This will probably put Alyon out of business.

Another intriguing news report last week mentioned that there were arrests of certain individuals for various cases of Internet (censored). There were no names given, and I wonder if Alyon was involved. Perhaps Gregory, the incredible researcher or the EDitor can get more information.
