Alyon Technologies,Inc. ripoff charged $4.99 a min. without telling me the scam Norcross Georgia
This pop-up came on after a free internet access cam on . It said "I Accept" it showed no terms or that they charged $4.99 a minute to scan what was avaliable. I didn't watch any film or go to any chat room or anything. Today I recieved a bill for $160.87. This outfit has a real scam going on. They get you in thinking it is one of the free conections then they send you some real ripping bill. Don't bite, I am new to this computer thing, so if it doesn't show you terms or cost just figure it will rip you.

I recommend the following just to be on the safe side:
1. Write a Certified letter with return receipt to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges.
2. Go to your Attorney General's website and file a complaint.
3. Go to the Federal Trade commission's web site and file a complaint. http://www.ftc.gov
4. Thank http://www.RipOffReport.com for providing this website.
5. Law enforcement checks the complaints on http://www.ripoffreport.com , so authorities will most likely read your complaint here.
Good Luck and post any progress.
