Complaint Review: Alyon Technologies Inc.

Porno Rip-offs and Billing Scam that connects you to porno sites without your knowledge .....

Alyon Technologies sent us a bill for over $464 on 1/4/03 stating we used their service of an Internet Billing Service, which we never used. The bill stated that we connected a site for pornographic material, and the only person possibly on the computer at the time was a 14 year old minor talking in a chat room on MSN.

After talking with this minor they stated that they was in a chat room on MSN in the Teen Room and we questioned their intentions, in doing so they stated that they were doing nothing but chatting. After speaking to the minor, we did some investigating of our own and we found that while on MSN Teen Chatroom there were sites that would pop up and as soon as you clicked them out several others would automatically reappear and allow you to access one pornographic site after another.

We spoke with Alyon Technologies service center and they were extremely rude, unprofessional and couldn't care less if they were allowing a minor into these pornographic sites. They figured if it was accessed, oh well, it wasn't their bill and just laughed. You deserve it if it was accessed, just pay it and leave us alone. We told them that we were going to report them and they just told us to tell everyone hello for them.

Alyon Techonologies has so many loop holes available for them to get away with making porno available to underaged children. These loop holes are truly hurting the honest person and causing us to keep our children off the net, something that was suppose to help our children grow is actually hurting them in more than one way. These companies need to be stopped because they are nothing but dirty rotten scroundrals that have no morrals. The only porno we have seen is that we as a consumer, got screwed and didn't even know.
