Complaint Review: Alyon Technologies

All the other complaints describe the Alyon rip-off that happened to me, also.

I say this is an organized, malicious rip-off because we have firewalls, pop-not software, etc. on our home computer and yet Alyon was still able to infiltrate our home computer to say we ran up a bill using their service to the tune of over $100. So you see they must be on the cutting edge of technology and investing lots of resources in developing ways around the protections placed on home computers in order to bypass all these protections to get in.

Separate from the issue of Alyon getting into our compuer, the phone number they billed this charge to is our dedicated fax line. We have a cable internet modum and none of our home phones are able to be used for internet access, yet they claim we did ths.

Alyon will only deal with your complaint via e-mail & phone if the charge is under $100. They charged us $101, so we have to go through their exagerated rigamarole to have these charges removed.

Is some public servant/political bigwig in Georgia in on this or getting kickbacks such that they will not shut Alyon down or investigate them? Or do we have to get all 50 Attorney Generals in all 50 states go after them?
