During Xmas vacation my son and his friends were goofing around on the net with my new computer (that I had not installed a webb block to). They logged onto to this site and lied abou their age clicked into an agreement form (that did not requier a valid credit card) and started looking at a few adult photos etc..

When they tried to get out of the site they were delayed by a constant baraige of pop-ups, thus adding to the time bank for billing purposes. Several days later I found out about it and thus opened the e-mail link to inform them that a minor had acessed their adult site with out parental knowledge and to take us off their address book etc...

Consequently, I was charged for that too. So we waited for the bill to come and noticed that it was past due before we even received it. My reslove is to follow the steps listed on the bill in addition to calling the 800 number listed and logging a complaint. If needbe I will seek legal advice along with reporting this to the proper governing bodies.

Please let me know if anyone has filed suit class-action or otherwise, in addition to sharing with others any laws that are being broken and or circumvented.

Thanks,

John Havenhill,
