Alyon Technolgies charged me $420.54 for service we were never aware of. They did unauthorized connections,and also used dial around numbers through AT&T.

They are threating collection if the charges are not paid. Alyon has denied that there are any charges brought against them. The BBB and FTC has confirmed there are.
