Why will this site not post my original complaint????? Because I didnt totally agree with the nuts who post on this board?
Dont you people think President Bush has a few other things on his mind than dealing with a bunch of lunatics???????????
If you all feel so wronged by this company, if you feel so strongly that you are right, then put your money where your mouths obviously are and sue these people.
That goes for you D. and Gregory and Pam..we havent heard from that one in a while. If you are so right ..then take it to a judge. Be vindicated in the eyes of the courts. Then you will have something to celebrate.
All this sounds like is a bunch of crazies...and sounding like nuts will not win you credibility...believe me.
If this site is real..then this post will stay and I will see responses to why you people dont sue this company.

In point of fact, I am planning to sue Alyon in Small Claims Court in the State of Virginia. For the time and cost of repairing my computer to remove their rogue software. And to use the reports from this site as articles of evidence.
Alyon will not show up to court and you can get a default judgment.
Plus, they are not authorized to operate in your state. Not even sure they are authorized in New Jersey?

Liz, or whoever you might be, I will not dignify
your name calling and out of line remarks directed to all of the hundreds of victims of this forum with an answer. It is obvious that you do not have the level of mentality to understand the pain and suffering Alyon Technologies has caused to hundreds of victims nor do we care to hear comments that are beneath the intelligence of all of the people that have been affected by this situation.
If you work for Alyon Technologies, honey, I suggest you start looking for a new job,
because we are putting Alyon Technologies company
out of business that have taken advantage of so many consumers.
Furthermore every possible steps
have been taken to report the (censored)company of Alyon Technologies to every law enforcement agencies as possible. WE WILL PREVAIL

Obvious Alyon Troll and not a very goood one either. The name references, personal attacks and the Georgia address gave it away.
To answer the question,Alyon is guilty of both criminal and civil actions. The business will be closed down,the guilty parties put away, THEN you sue. The Feds always get first crack at them.
Do you really think Alyon will make bogus claims of non payment of bogus bills to the big three Credit Bureaus? When the injured parties start screaming and the Credit Bureaus realize that they have been had, now THAT's sueable.

"Liz" are you for real? I can only presume, from the tone and content of your message that you are not an alyon-victim, but rather that you might be on alyon's payroll. I think I speak for all of when I point out that Mr. Bush has a large staff, members of which would be filtering our communications to his Pennsylvania Ave address. We won't, as you are so concerned-over, be distracting him from essential matters of state. I considered long before I actually posted this, but you do act a lot like "amy" of alyon, "Liz"... right down to not being quite certain whether you reside in Deluth, GA or Alpharetta, GA.
