My sister in law was living with us for a few months because we took her in when she was homeless after her divorce. She thanked us by taking out accounts all over town in our names and not paying them. One of them was this account with Alyon.

I don't even know what this company does and had never heard of them before the delinquent notice came in the mail. When I called and told them what had happened, they told us to send in a notarized statement of our situation. We did that. Their response? They told us to have my sister-in-law sign the statement! First of all, we kicked her out after the bills started coming and don't know where she is now, second of all she would be admitting to breaking the law in writing! Pretty slim odds that she would do that!

I've called several times since then and am told someone will return my call so that we can "straighten things out" but they never do.
