I just received a bill today 1/13/02 for using their website and a bill for $303.00 and when I called and stated we were working on our addition, and my kids had gotten on a website, but I immediately took them off it, and it wasn't even that day, they wanted me to send a birth certificate, because my son is 6 and has no legal right to download any software.

He can't legally enter into ANY contract, and I won't pay this bogus bill. She kept insinuating a child couldn't have done it, and the more I looked at the time and date, which was just a week ago, we were sitting watching the Bachelorette on ABC and Law and Order, and we were'nt ON the computer.

She threatened to ruin my credit, so I turned them over to the better business bureau and will contact my attorney general's office. What other information did they get off my computer? They had my name and an incorrect mailing address, but it's still an invasion of privacy! I'm FURIOUS!
