received a bill for telephone call to adult premium web content that i did not call. 4.99 per minute for 7.o minutes---they say i owe $34.23---

i never made this call----they say the call was at 23:34 hours on 1/20/03---i am asleep before that----.they threaten to send this to a collection agency if i dont pay.----ken-----millsboro----de.
