I received a bill from Alyon Technologies (www.Alyon.net) for services to an Adult Website. I did not use this service or even realized they existed prior to receiving this bill.

This bill is for $616.44 and claims that my phone number was used to dial into their server to access an adult website. No one in my house used this service and there were times that they reported that it was used that we were either not at home or were asleep. When I tried to call the customer service number during office hours, I was routed to a mailbox that was full and I could not leave a message. I then sent an email to CustomerSupport@alyon.net that went unanswered.

I believe somehow they received my phone number and charged it even though we never dialed it from our house. Could be fraud on their part or some kind of a hacker that substituted my number.

These charges are fraudulent and I have already contacted the Attorney General as well as the Federal Trade Commission.

I would appreciate it if the word could get out about this company and if you have any suggestions in contesting the bill and preventing other groups from doing similar things.
