Received an invoice addressed to me and my husband for Premium web content - Adult, in the amount of $78.31. Date was 16/03:13:02:52 for 15 minutes.

The invoice states that this represents charges for Pay Per Use Internet Access to Proprietary Content as an Entertainment fee made via a direct dial number dialed by a computer moden from this phone number.

It goes on to say that by clicking the accept button and downloading the dialer that we accepted these conditions.

I have checked my hard drive and there are no downloads from this company.

I tried to call the number on the invoice. All you get is a recording to check their website. I e-mailed them my complaint. They say since I am the responsible party for the telephone line, I am responsible for the bill. The letter says it is past due and failure to pay will result in turning it over to a collection agency.

It will be a cold day in hell before I pay.
