On December 24th, my 17 year old son visited the web site of his favorite radio station, WAAF. I was sitting next to him, so I am certain that my son did not "accept" the terms of an adult site from links that he clicked on. He is in electronics/technology courses in school, and is very familiar with computers, so I seriously doubt that he accidentally clicked on an "accept terms"link.

I have now received a bill from Alyon Technologies telling me that my business owes them $30.84 for 6 minutes. My son was shocked and upset. Neither one of us saw any "accept terms" button.

I have called the number that someone posted here, and they say that if I do not pay this bill, that they will take me to collection. This is a brand new business, and I do not wish to hurt my credit. Should I just pay this? Am I going to also receive a bill from my long distance carrier? What a RIP OFF!
