I recently received a bill for $21.58 in my name stating that I had my computer modem dial this number. Well a few things did not add up, first of all anything to do with the computer is in my husbands name, second why wasn't this sent to the phone company, which is in my name, thirdly, I myself, was not home when this fraudulent thing happened.

My husband checked emails and somehow, after that we are getting a bill for something we would have nothing to do with. These people need to be stopped and be punished rightly.
