I received a bill in the amount of $180.93 from ALYON Industries for pornographic services that I am supposed to have dialed in over my telephone modem for. I never use my home computer for dialup since it is on a cable modem. Anyway they claim I dialed in for two calls, first, on 07 April 2003 for a period of 6 minutes and again the next day for a period of 31 minutes. I have two public Email accounts that are common knowledge on the Internet which I use to communicate with my family over.

I receive approximately 175-250 pieces of spam, some of it pornographic, which is sent mostly to a bulk mail box. I try to delete it daily. I have found in the past that opening spam which appears to be legitimate or of interest to me has led to an invasion of my computer by the opening of a plethora of pornographic accounts. Some of these, without my knowledge, have changed the configuration of my computer and written their own pornographic programs on my harddrive and placed them in my startup menu. This is probably one of those examples.

I am returning my bill back to whoever Alyon Technologies is with a message for them to "Shove it where the sun doesn't shine". If I receive another of these bills from their "Interstate Location", I will turn it over to the New Jersey State Attorney Generals Office, the Office of the Postal Inspector as well as my attorney.
