I received a bill from out of the blue for internet service for an adult web site. I called but could not get through and then I noticed the customer phone number was not mine, it was my son's at a different address.

I called to see if he ordered anything and he didn't know what I was referring to. Upon explaining, he said the name sounded familiar and he checked his computer. He had a "pop-up screen" that kept appearing like a desk top-he said he has been getting it and it gives options (interested or disregard). He clicks on disregard butit keeps coming back up, it won't go away.

I refuse to pay this bill as this was not ordered and loaded onto his computer without his consent. We have already contacted the computer company, the internet carrier and all the state and federal agencies available.

It is possible that they thought he was a child and loaded this unknown to him.
