Alyon Technologies ripoff dishonest (censored)billing consumer rip-off (censored)Secaucus New Jersey
I have been ripped off by this company. You must have seen the articles on the web concerning this company. Alyon's Internet dialing program loads a dialing software program onto your computer, which disconnects you from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and connects you to the Internet through a long distance call to a New Jersey 201 area code number. The Software charges you $4.99 a minute for each minute that you are connected to the internet. The dialer software captures the telephone number of the computer from which the call is placed and charges the line subscriber for the number of minutes that the computer is connected to the Internet.
I understand there are several law suits pending against this company. I would like to know if any such suits are being filed in Florida and who I can contact regarding this issue. The account has been turned over to an attorney for collection and I do not want my credit ruined by this (censored)company. Can someone please point me in the right direction in order to get this taken care of.

The Florida Attornedy General is suing Alyon, they are also investigating the company under the RICO ((censored)eering) statues for possible criminal charges. I am sure they will be very interested in any complaints you make.
