I received a bill for $41.91 for "premium adult web content" I have also received a charge on my local phone bill dialing international. My long distance is on a seperate bill. the total of this was $107.91, which I'm sure has something to do with Alyon tech. The bill was from world x change communications. Did anyone else get the same kind of charge? Any suggestions is I do not pay these charges? When I called world x change, the have a recorded message.

Since we have high speed internet service, how could it possibly dialed international call?

Please help.

I recommend the following to help cover you for the time being:

1. Write a Certified letter with return receipt to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges. Deny all knowledge as you stated!

2. Send a Certified letter to world x with a return receipt.

2. Go to your Attorney General's website and file a complaint.

3. Go to the Federal Trade commission's web site and file a complaint. http://www.ftc.gov

4. File a complaint with your long distance carrier.

5. Law enforcement checks the complaints on http://www.ripoffreport.com , so authorities will most likely read your complaint here.

6. Keep all your records!

Good Luck and post any progress.
