Complaint Review: Alyon

my ten year old son was browsing the internet one night when these adult pop-up windows appeared.he said he tried to close them out but they kept popping up.@ a month later i received a bill for 31.14 for 6 min. of use.

i called alyon & explained the issue & they told me the situation was resolved.alyon said they had my account info on file & that i would no longer be able to use their service.i was livid.i told alyon i had no intentions of using or condone using their trash especially to my kids.i also asked alyon how in the hell they got my personal account info.

@ a month after that i received a letter from a collections agency saying i owed 38.00 to alyon.i explained the entire story to them & even wrote them a letter of how the events unfolded.i e-mailed alyon back about the collections agency & asked why especially when they, alyon, said issue was over.

alyon now says that i did not contact them via e-mail & they new nothing of my complaint. please help thanks
