I just recently received my computer, so my knowledge of use is limited. At no time did i use this service that i am being outlandishly charged for. i have three children that could have but they are minors. i have no knowledge how to block anything on the computer. they deny going on any adult web pages. therefore this company is trying to soak me for $414.89.

i will not be bullied into paying a bill that i did not agree to or for services that i did not use.
