Alyon Technologies ripoff Norcross Georgia
They use annoying pop-up adds to trap load unwanted software on your PC and bill you for services you may not have used .....
I received 2 bills from Alyon Technologies - billed to my maiden name that is only found in the telephone directory - for "Pay Per Use Internet Access to Proprietary Content as an Entertainment Fee". Both billings contained threatening and harrassing language.
After the first billing, I immediately followed their instructions to dispute this bill and got no response from their customer support e-mail address. I found unwanted software had been downloaded on my computer and made changes that would not allow my computer to dial out without my permission.
The second bill arrived today and after reading all the complaints in this website I decided to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I just completed the form on-line - and I hope everyone that complained to your website will do the same.
This company is obviously walking a fine line between telephone "slamming" and deceptive business practices. Don't pay them money - use your computer to write the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, BBB or any other agency set up to prevent (censored) business like this from ruining our Internet freedoms.

I have my computer to have enjoyable times with it. When Alyon fixes up their page to entrap me it is embarrasing as I don't like this type of rip-offs and then sending a bill for $47.77 is horrible.
Please help me get rid of such a parisite on a otherwise great e-mail system. We just love it.
