I was shocked when I receive a bill $234.72 from Alyson technologies which claim I uased their sevice and conncect to pay per use pron website which I am absolutely sure I never did. I tried to call them to dispute the charge but there is no one can apeak to. After I search from "Google" and I realize that there are so many victims like me. The Alyon technologies puta virus which can automatically download and dial up. I did found a virus and a minidialer pop up on Dec 28th, 2002 after I shout down the cocmputer. After reading so many rip-off reports, I decide not only to write the certified letter to dispute the charge but also to repot to attorny general and other website or email suggested by other people who post here. I thank people who post these suggestion and let us stand together to shut down this crime. Please report Alyon if you are also being charged and inform me the update.

I recommend the following:

1. Write a Certified letter with return receipt to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges.(you said you did, good)

2. Go to your Attorney General Betty D. Montgomery's website and file a complaint.
http://www.ag.state.oh.us/ (you said you had done this, good)

3. Go to the Federal Trade commission web site and file a complaint. http://www.ftc.gov

4. Since your long distance carrier is probably involved and they switched you without your permission I suspect they violated the FCC "slamming" law. File a complaint with the FCC.
http://www.fcc.gov
Email: fccinfo@fcc.gov

5. File a complaint with your long distance carrier since you believe they switched you without your consent.

6. Finally,I suggest you write a letter to the Mayor of Norcross, Georgia
lwebb@norcross-ga-gvt.com The mayors name is Lillian Webb. . Norcross Webiste is http://www.norcross-ga-gvt.com/
Email: fccinfo@fcc.gov

Law enforcement checks the complaints on http://www.ripoffreport.com , so authorities will most likely read your complaint here.

Good Luck and post any progress.
