This is an addition to my previous report. If you are as computer Unsavy as I am and may have trouble deleting the many files that Alyon uses to hide and then rip you off, download some FREE anti-spyware software. I got this idea when I found similar software at a price that is actually advertised to track Alyon's illegal downloads and get rid of it.

I found a free anti-spyware download at the ZD site. Download it, it may help to get rid of Alyon,s materials and other ripoff companies too. If it does not, it is easy to uninstall

Thu, February 27, 2003

Since it appears from an earlier Report (posted eat the bottom of this Report) regarding a Seacaucus NJ television station doing a report last night (wed, Feb 26, 2003) about Alyon Technologies, that the reporter alluded to the FBI is now investigating Alyon, perhaps victims would like to contact the FBI in New Jersey. Here is their contact info below.

What concerns me is that for all anyone knows Alyon could be part of an international scam, funnelling our good money to who knows who or what.

The FBI's New Jersey field office is located at:

One Gateway Center

Market Street, 22 Floor

Newark, New Jersey 07102

Phone: (973) 792-3000

Fax: (973) 792-3035

Walk in hours are from 8:00 am until 4:45 pm

They can be reached by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Here's where I'd like to se Alyon Technologies listed

Earlier Ripoff Report (2/27/03)

Did you all see it? It WAS about Alyon Technologies and Mr. Stephane Toubal said we are ALL (censored)! ALL OF US! He went through the usual reasons as to how and why we are receiving these bills. "Users had to accept to this and agree to that...and yadda, yadda, yadda." NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF BS!

However, at the end of the interview, Barbara Nevins Taylor said that "since the interview, many victims have come forward and the FBI IS NOW investigating Alyon Technologies."

KEEP FILING THOSE COMPLAINTS!

GOOD NEWS ---HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

I sent a full report to WWOR TV in New York. Received an E-mail from Linda Stahl of the station that they did an investigative report on Alyon. THe station has been in contact with the Georgia Attorney General on the matter. She strongly advises to DEFINITELY send a complaint to them.

Anybody want to wager ( a mind bet, of course) how long it will take for Alyon to go into the dumper? I give the company three months at most. Any of you New Yorkers see the investigative report and can tell us what it said?

All the more reason to NOT send them anything.

Don't Hesitate To Report Alyon Technologies

A recent poster threatened to go to the authorities about Alyon The company responded by mentioning that outrageous report that cleared them from a Georgia cop and another case in New Jersey. It is obvious that the cop's report was based on the baloney page that Alyon sends with it's second dunning letter detailing all the "safeguards" they use to prevent illegal billings. The cop's report was probably based on one or two complaints.

What Alyon did not tell the poster is that the BBB gave the company a rare "unsatisfactory" rating based on over 172 complaints. And this was an old BBB report I found on the net from an organization (BBB) that tends to understate what really is the problem. So Alyon is mentioning only the very rare good report, disregarding the truth.

The poster called their bluff and reported the company to some of the best agencies i know for this kind of crime.

So whatever they write you, be aware they may be bluffing. DON'T SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

Respond to this Report!
