On 3/26 during internet browsing, a member of the household encountered multiple stubborn adult web site pop-up ads. 2 days later I received a bill for $117 worth of access to "Premium Web Content - Adult".

Checked Alyon's web site & found their modus operandi. Checked computer & found their shortcuts, dialer, folders, Dial-up networking entry, & HTMLAccess.dll file, all right where they said they'd be. Removed all.

Suspect my next phone bill will have 3 phone calls to their phone numbers ((201)-553-4709 and (201)-553-4710), just like their bill does.

Neither of the 2 members of this household intentionally accessed any of their content, nor authorized the download & installation of their dialer software. We use cable modem access. Why would we authorize access to their site via phone?

Have read many of the previous Rip-off Reports on Alyon, and intend to follow up with the Attorneys General of Georgia, New Jersey, and Maine, the FCC, and to speak with a postal inspector.

This is a horrendous example of internet/postal/telephone (censored).

Somebody's gotta shut 'em down.
