Complaint Review: Alyon Tecnologies

Our family received a bill for $108.46 from Alyon Technologies. Neither my husband or myself used this service. We were even more shocked when our phone bill also included a long distance charge for this company. We need some help. I have tried to talk to the rude people at customer service and they insist that the only way to resolve this dispute is to either prove the phone number charged is not ours or to send a copy of our phone bill. They claim that if we did not use their service our phone bill will not have a long distance charge. They said they will send us to a collection agency within 70 days of our bill if we do not pay!
