I owned a asko washer, dryer, and dishwasher. they all worked fine for about one {1} year and then all three {3} went into the crapper within a two week period. Calling their repair service {AM Asko} was fruitless and their personnel were rude and disparaging. They referred me to repair companies in my area, and after they finally came out to review what was wrong {machines were still under warranty} I was told that I had to wait 4 weeks for a replacement part for the dryer {which extended into 6-8 weeks}, they repaired the dishwasher, which broke down again shortly after that. And they could not figure out what was wrong with the washer and were going to have to load it onto a truck and "take it in."

In the meantime, I had spent all this money on these machines and I was now reduced to washing dishes by hand, and becoming a frequent visitor to the local laundromat. Asko could not repair the machines and refused to reimburse me for their purchase price. Well, since they {ASKO} does not have a headquarters here in the US or anywhere in the world {of course, they do, they just want to dodge as many lawsuits for their faulty equipment that they can by not listing it} I "junked" the machines.
