Complaint Review: AM Eagle

My husband and I visited a time share camp ground in Abita Springs, Louisiana. We received a certificate for gift (DVD player). We sent the certificate in for redemption in July of 2003 (4-6 week delivery time).

It is now the middle of October and we still have not received the DVD player. We have contacted AM Eagle via telephone on numerous occasions but have received the runaround. We receive responses like "the shipping department is loading a truck" or "the manager is not in her office", etc.
