Complaint Review: AM EAGLE

My wife and I went to a wester horizon resort here in washington state, and was given a coupon for a free dvd player (for our time) we sent out the coupon and was told it would be 4-6 weeks before we recieved the player.

waited 8 weeks called Am Eagle, was told that they found my coupon and that they would mail it out and i should have it next week that was on the 17th of july.

It's now the 30th of july and still no dvd player.
