I was also ripped off; however, after some research and locatiing all of your individual reports, I have found a place that got a refund for the individual! I was told that all 32 complaints can be filed so please go to the web site it is the Pinellas County Government webpage=

The complaint is filed right online and there is a direct number! Please let's see what can be done!
