Amanda Kirkish was convicted of ID fraud and forgery in 2009, but somehow was able to get her foot in the door at major lender BofA in Chandler, AZ and settlement agents Valuamerica, Pittsburgh, P, Title Company Title 365 in Newport Beach, and EntitleDirect in Corona, CA. Her company, Accurate National Signings in Wildomar, CA and then Lake Elsinore, C was able to operate for less than one year. When Amanda opened her doors on ugust 2, 2013, she was still on probation for her convictions, using the money she made on BofA loan closings to pay her $7800 restitution.
From the inception of her business, she paid her notaries late, as much as 60 to 90 days late. Finally, on July 11, 2013, Valuamerica's accounting department grew tired and frustrated with the countless numbers of notaries calling their offices complaining about non payment. Valuamerica called Amanda one day and went through the entire list of notaries who had performed jobs and not been paid to make sure all notaries were paid, then they shut her down. Given there was no more revenue coming in from Valuamerica, ANS shut their doors.
Staff was let go, but that did not keep Amanda and Jason Kirkish and their best friends and partners, the Mendoza's from vacationing in Cancun, then in Las Vegas, as well as Amanda spending a fortune on silicone breast implants, buying a whole household of new furnishings and appliances, and blowing off all the notaries who closed loans for ANS in May, June and through July 11.
Now they are trying to get all their debts set aside in Chapter 7.
