I bid on and won 4 items from this person ... before bidding....looked at her "feedback".....ALL said quick shipping!
Paid with PayPal right after last auction ended ... after 2 weeks of lies about items shipped.....package finally arrived.....ALL 4 items were wrong!
Numerous emails, still haven't got a response... have turned into eBay and PayPal for fraud.....waiting, just ain't gonna hold my breath while I am waiting on them to do anything.
NOW, for the kicker......kept watching her feedback.... the 4 items that I have received (which I didn't bid on).....someone left her positive feedback on ALL 4 items....know for a fact they didn't get, 'cause they are sitting on my shelf still in the box!
Finally after no response, went and left "negative" feedback.....after I as a "buyer" paid for and did not receive the items, she went and left me "negative" feedback.... she just didn't know what the problem was/is?????????? LIKE IT WAS MY d**n FAULT SHE SENT THE WRONG JUNK!
NOW, for the best part .... I paid her $25 shipping, when this wrong package got here.....the actual shipping was $7.46......after eBay and PayPal started their investagations.....she finally emailed me, said if I would pay to send the package back she would refund me MY payment to her, after she received the package back!
THIS WOMAN MUST BE A MORON! I TRUSTED HER THE FIRST TIME TO SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR.....SHE DIDN'T DO THAT AND NOW SHE WANTS ME TO PAY TO SEND THE PACKAGE BACK BEFORE SHE WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK???????I THINK NOT!
It's pretty simple -- the bid was $20, the shipping was $25 for a total of $45 bucks.... send me the $45 bucks back and IF you want this package back.... send me another $25 to ship it back to you! Is this being unreasonable? I paid her $25 to ship it to me......why wouldn't she pay $25 to get it back? Makes sense to me!

All Ebay will do is send an "educational alert" to the seller. What I suggest is that you contact the seller's local police department and file a fraud complaint. Have all documentation ready to fax. I have been in the same situation with a crooked seller. I emailed all of the buyers this seller ripped off, had them also file police reports and when the detective went to seller's house, she had millions of excuses, yet had our money refunded via Paypal the same day.

Paid for the items with PayPal -- you SHOULD be able to go thru them for a refund -- NOT!
After they completed their investagation - said as long as I received a package there was nothing they could do!
In other words -- IF I had bid on and won a case of 12 bowling balls and I received a bag of 12 marbles .....it's OK with them, as long as I received something! WHAT A F%C^ING RIPOFF!
PayPal is saying to people that it's OK to ripoff folks and we will stand behind you and help any way we can! We will even tell you how -- just go to our website and click on the "help" button!
After tomorrow 03/10/04, I will attempt to go thru eBay -- they can't do anything till after 30 days.......we'll see......
