The Con-Artist find people who need/want to get rid of their car loan and claim they will find someone to take possession of the owner's car and assume the monthly payments.  Once the Con-Artist have possession of a car, they fail to live up to their guarantees!!

They intercept the payment by having the "Permissive User" send the money to a Bank of America account, where Jason and Amanda keep the money and no payment is made to the auto loan.  Eventually, the desperate owner wants their car returned, but they refuse, and ultimately the car is reported stolen, only to have the owners of the car now with ruined credit and the unsuspecting "Permissive User" now driving a stolen car.

My car was totaled my the "Permissive User", a payment was supposed to be made. Contract states payments are Guaranteed. Bryan Stanfill and Amanda Seminoff kept giving me excuses that they would make the payment. So it's almost 30 days passed due, same excuses "Don't worry, the payment will be made". Then they try to feed me bs  that the insurance company will reimburse me for that payment. I call up the agent, no one has called from premier, payment isn't going to be reimbursed...I'm paying for a car that isn't in my possession! Bryan says in order for them to make the payment, I would have to sign an addendum agreeing to pay them back knowing the insurance wouldn't pay me back. SCAM!!!! No one is returning my phone calls or emails.

Looking to get a class action suit against these criminals.

I wanted to add one more additional fact. That BOFA account you are claiming is being used wrongfully? Completely untrue. Didn't you as the Registered Owner of your car set up with Premier Capital and affiliates to not receive payment to you because you didn't want to deal with it? If you read the company's contracts, they normally don't work like that and would rather payment is always sent to the Owner so there isn't any hurdles. If you didn't set your car up the right way because you were too lazy to receive the monthly payments and send them off yourself, then that's your error. And most likely those owners that didn't want payments sent to them have not followed the correct procedures to get the payment made. It states in the contracts there are things to do. The company just can't start writing checks out to every Joe Schmo.

Just a thought to consider...I have my payments sent to me and then I mail them.

You obviously have no idea how insurance works

I still owe 10K on my car, the insurance company only pays what the CAR IS WORTH! So before you start making accusations, do some research first on how insurance works Kathy. And yes, there is a helluva lot more to the story than what is posted.

Everyone should file a consumer complaint with the Attorney General's office.

HELLO,

My name is Kathy Stewart, and when I was doing my research on this company, I found this and to be honest was stunned. I have been a very satisfied client for almost a year and have to differ with all these negative posts. I put my car with their service, a 2006 Bentley, I was concerned in the beginning because of the nature of my car. But I took a chance because let's face it I am upside down and can't afford my payment. It sounds to me everyone else was in the same boat and couldn't pay their payment anyways, that's why they turned to this service? If I can't afford it and neither can you guys, why not. I called Premier Capital the minute I saw this and asked around. Found out a couple of things, one is anyone can post anything on this site whether they have a valid case or not, there is no screening, its just open season. I guarantee that these "posts" have not told the full story. Such as the person who posted earlier, you failed to mention in your post that you were already behind on your payments prior to giving your car to this company, don't you think that's relevant? Why would you ever expect someone else to bail you out? Then there was a person who complained when they got their car repod...of course you are going to be upset, at least the company acted accordingly when you didn't pay. And the customer who's car was totalled? I found out that you only had the car in the program a short time, and the car was to be PAID OFF, so you would be debt free. So Premier Capital or any of their employees never intercepted any money from a BOFA account or whatever you are claiming. Do you understand what I just said, your car was going to be paid off by the insurance company so you would never have another car payment again! What are you angry about? About making a payment? You would have had to make payments on your car prior to coming to Premier Capital, so what has really changed!? I don't know all the details but from what I know about a totalled car, once the finance company is notified of a total out they don't continue to make you pay, so I think you are not being upfront with your "story." But I can tell you this, if I only had to make one more car payment, or even 6 payments and I was upside down in my loan 20-100 (whatever was left) payments, I would never complain or be upset about making a couple more just to get rid of that debt. Sounds to me, like in some weird way your car being totalled was an awesome gift for you. If you were due some sort of reimbursement did you follow the procedures of your contracts? I know it's detailed but I got reimbursed on a ticket one time and it took some time, but I still got it.

Moving forward, my main purpose of this post was to inform anyone that reads this that unfortunately there is car debt and we are all looking to get out. There are going to be happy customers and unhappy ones so you have to know the full story before judging...sadly you really won't know the true story because anger clouds what really has happened, so I want to let any current customers, future customers or anyone else that I AM VERY HAPPY with Premier Capital's services and they helped me get out of my car. There have been some bumps in the road, but at least I don't have to worry about paying on my car that I made the mistake of buying awhile ago. I CHOSE to buy this Bentley and it's my responsibility, but at least this company gave me a second chance. If it comes back to me or something happens, then what really has changed? I would've had to pay on it anyways prior to finding this service, so let's step into reality folks! I think it's easy to get caught up in the guarantee and us turning to people for blame but we were the ones who got caught up in this debt. It's so easy with the economy being so bad to call their services a scam? But I know it's not a scam, it's an option. The scam was when we went into that dealership and signed those docs locking us up for too much money.

Again, I would recommend Premier Capital and the people they have there. They are genuine people and they do offer a tremendous service that might not help everyone but that's like any business. Have you ever gone to McDonalds and not received your correct order? Customer service folks, you can't make everyone happy. That's life!
