AMAROSE Order once, and you’re automatically registered for Auto Ship Beverly Hills California
Beware of the deceptive practices of AMAROSE.
I purchased 1 bottle of a product on 11/2. I did not register, nor did I sign up for Auto deliveries. I only wanted 1 bottle of product to try.
I received my shipping confirmation email shortly after, with a tracking number.
Then around 11/17, I received another email with a tracking number. I received another bottle on 11/25.
I called customer service, and told them that I wanted to return the 2nd bottle. I was told that I have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks to request a return. But looking at their website, you only have 30 days from delivery to return the item. I called a 2nd time, and was told that they cannot refund me.
AMAROSE is engaged in deceptive practices. They will automatically order you multiple products within the same month, and will not refund you. The product I tried did not even work for me. Now I have 2 bottles of useless product, with no option to return.
