AmateurMatch.com - DatingGold - support@amateurmatch.com SCAM, Rip-OFF, fake clients, stole my $ Stockton California
2/03/08, early morning, I joined as a "free" member hoping to find a friend/companion. Later that afternoon, I had 2 emails stating I had new messages at AmateurMatch.com. I went to the site and found two women expressing interest in my profile. I couldnt reply to either of them without becoming a premium member. I paid $29.95 (website states $24.95) and I replied to one of the women. After the transaction was complete, both messages disappeared from my "Mail" account at AmateurMatch.com I was pissed!
I called the 800 # spoke to Ryan, he said I'd have to email Support. I did and filed a complaint. I received a reply asking me to give them 24-48 hours, I did.
A few days later, on Monday the 4th, they emailed me and requested I send them copies of the two messages I received. I sent them the two emails, and again got another request to give them another 24-48 hours. I replied and stated they already had their 24-48 hours and to fix the problem ASAP or give me a refund. On the 13th I emailed them again, reminding them of the complaint as nothing had been heard from them since the 4th. Again they sent another email requesting 24-48 hours, I replied demanding a refund in 24 hours, and I'll report them to the Better Business Bureau, and the California Attorney Generals Office. Today is 2/17/08 still nothing back from them.
I have seven "Buddies" at the site all who added me, and messages from 18 women, all who never replied to my answers to their messages.
