I created a profile on AmateurMatch and added authenticated pictures. The responses poured in. They appeared suspect in that the misspellings and grammatical errors appeared consistent among respondents. For example, using your for the contraction, youre, and various other anomalies.
I then changed the profile to a 108-year old, uneducated, unemployed, nicotine-dependent, divorced alcoholic recluse who loathed people, and added a photo of a hideous creature who fit the description.
The emails continued with comments such as, I found your profile and liked what I saw. What nonsense and what deception! The only thing authentic about this site is the money they extract from your credit card.
